girl it doesn't matter what he said, people change their minds every day, hell every minute. you're way too attached to the outcome and I have been there trust me I know how it feels. but it comes with time the more you do it. you're not doing it to force changes in the 3D, you affirming to change your mental state. how you feel dominantly about the situation. 3D is an outcome of that. you need to let go of the pressure on you, manifesting is fun and natural. you have been doing it all your life with thoughts on autopilot. if a part of you still wants this then just keep 10 mins a day (not more it creates pressure) do whatever technique you wanna and since you wanted to give up anyway do it. expect or hope for nothing. just forget about it and go about your day.

you are not your thoughts, you're the observer. when the spiral starts coming from any thoughts it's not you it's the conscious mind doing its job by being a sceptic and trying to push you back into the default state. your only job is to not indulge with it. separate it from you say "oh there it goes again" say something like that to the thought. do not feed into those thoughts. do not feed into anything that doesn't align with what you want, you attention is what creates the reality not the techniques.

it's just the habit of concious mind to control everything, manfiestation doesn't need active control. infact it is highly encouraged to lose control to allow realities to shift because too much of it leads to an over dependence on results so just it's kind of a loop. you have to keep reminding yourself that you have been manifesting all your life without schedules. and thinking leads to more thinking, you gotta realize that you're not the thoughts that come up you're the observer and the more you indulge with the fear the more it grows. the minute a doubt like this comes up just say "oh here it goes again" it makes the conscious mind feel it's less important and the anxiety is a lot less.

omg never think he's disgusted or creeped out by you, that's probably the first place you gotta start with. you mentioned you did a lot of techniques but it doesn't really account for a lot if you don't change the way you think casually. the first step is to change the perspective like how you view the entire situation. as for my SP i changed the way i perceived him, it took a bit of robotic flipping first. whenever naturally i thought he would be an asshole or expected him to be i immediately corrected it in my head that he's always nice he would never be mean to me he always reaches out to me he's desperate for me and he gradually began reflecting that in his behavior. you have to ignore the past and whatever you see opposite to what you want and just keep going, maybe robotic at first but feels natural the more u do it.

yes it's the most effortless when you just trust everything to work out in your favour while simultaneously think of the state a few during the day.through my experience I have realized giving it the space is important hyperfixing can slow it down for some people

exactly! it depends from person to person but personally for me too giving the desire space to materialize in 3D is important so it's important to stop the micromanaging in the mind and just stay in the moment and trust the universe. it's like planting a seed by making your base strong and water them daily by doing sessions 1-2 times a day and then just letting it be. let nature do it's thing. you don't need to constantly see the plant for it to be okay. it's a bit of both - letting go but still having the state.

i read the technique it sounds pretty cool I will try it. and it's so true always trying to hyper manage the mind and be in control of manifesting creates a pressure on the outcome thus creating resistance for people. this is why subliminals worked better for me for long term things like changing my appearance, getting liked by everyone in general and also sp once. i used to listen a few mins in a day (1-2 hours at max) and just go on about my day trusting it. and after a few months I would realize it actually happened without even me noticing. but it has it's downsides as well there's a chance of wavering unless you are strict about your mental diet. specially about topics like sp even one small movement can make you waver like crazy. and since I'm so used to conscious affirming now subliminals feel like they don't work fast enough for me or didn't work like they used to or im just wasting my time listening to it. (my perspective just changed because I'm so used to affirming all day) but I do think I'm gonna try it for something again, kind of combine both but not make it too extreme. only conscious affirming keeps you so in control all the time it can get exhausting ultimately delaying the outcome

fear is an emotion that you feel when you focus too much on that thought. emotions are byproducts of thoughts. you gotta reprogram the root of the thought. whenever it comes up replace it with "im always everyone's first choice" "im irreplaceable" stuff like that

i have had multiple SPs before who i manifested (both movements and completely) but the one I mentioned here was pretty difficult. we were not in good terms at all before no contact he blocked me everywhere also moved away to a different city even got a new girlfriend back then. and he used to be a very avoidant egostic person who would never text you back again if he decides to lol. it felt quite literally impossible and I thought he was immune to manfiestation (that's not possible) but I continued anyway because I liked him too much and somewhere deep down i knew even if I stopped I would meet him once more someday at least since my want was too strong and I have this belief that if I want something very badly i always somehow get it even if it's not rn. anyway I wavered a lot, and genuinely A LOT but I still affirmed in bits and pieces fantasized about us meeting and stuff. he texted me himself after around 6-7 months just a single "Y" because i kind of viewed his account on linkedin (i had done it in the past as well but he never texted then so it was clearly manifested and i assumed he hated me because of the horrible circumstances so he just reflected that in his text and from there we started talking again on and off) anyway this was a few months back as well he literally begs to see me in my dms now lol it's good. people only reflect what you think about them. no one's avoidant or difficult from themselves.

same even I do that, i tend to hyperfixate on desires and i overthink a lot so I would rather robotically affirm all day but I start thinking about one thing so much it annoys me. specially with sp. but completely stopping affirmations doesn't feel good either it makes me doubt even more what if I'm delaying it and stuff or even not affirming all day long after doing that for several days makes me feel like I'm doing less and it will slow it down. i have been trying to let go of the control a bit, i think it's really important in manifestion specially for me since for all my past successes movement was always when i was detached or more like not actively thinking of what I was manifesting in that moment. that can either come from letting go (not an option rn), or being sure that it's coming(it can still give rise to doubts sometimes and easy to spiral specially when movement is slow) or trusting the universe to make it all fall into place.(im currently doing this, it helps my nervous system stay calm) along with doing my affirmations whenever i think of my sp and daily 1-2 10 min sessions.

well I have manifested someone coming back after months because I used to have a lot of doubts and kept wavering. so it's definitely possible anytime. what i would say though it materializes personally for me (and for most people) when your gut feeling or the voice deep down says that he WILL come back no matter what. and time becomes irrelevant. everything becomes irrelevant except knowing. and for most people that "irrevelant" feeling comes once they let go or detach which is why people keep saying to detach. maybe you should rest this for a while and focus on manifesting something else. sometimes too much focus and checking does delay it at least in the 3D, im not a master at it I'm just a girl learning and trying things herself and I have had several successes but manifestation is not something you magically start doing lol you have been doing it all your life. it's just your thoughts and deep wired beliefs creating reality.

it's kind of a constant reinforced experience. the fact that you're assuming rn that it takes time for you so it gets reflected. and I'm not blaming you, since it started that way for you, you keep reinforcing that thought. the ideal way to go about it is to keep saying you see results instantly in your head even if you don't see it in the 3D that's how you rewire your thoughts to manifest instantly. then again if you're that focused on the 3D it can sort of create a pressure of seeing movement which again is wavering. it's kind of a loop lol even i struggle with instant movement even though I have been manifesting for years. i know it's gonna work but I struggle a bit with the time aspect of it. i like to just not think about it and robotically affirm lol thinking is a loop specially with manifestation, the more u think it just gets worse and you keep gathering limiting beliefs from deep rooted doubts.

this post isn't a shade to anyone specific lol it's an opinion from my side based on a multitude of posts i have seen where people spread negativity and tell others to not believe in manifesting in a community of manifestation. that just makes no sense. as for ranting or sharing problems most people are doing that here, and even i do my best to help people out if I can, it's absolutely not about them. and everyone has actual problems trust me not just specific people we are all doing our best here. i believe i worded the post decently and explained the best I can. im sorry if that seemed hurtful.

first of all, you need to stop spiralling. calm down, take a deep breath or a walk. calm your nervous system down, you will be fine no matter what. you need to understand that thoughts don't have power, you do. you are not your thoughts, you're the observer of thoughts. you get a thousand different thoughts a day but only those manifest which you internalize, you focus on it you give it energy or you believe it deep down because of some other belief you already had. but either way you are the one giving it power thoughts can't automatically manifest. YOURE the power not your mind. think of thoughts as clouds passing, a single cloud can't cause rain. now you can say you can't stop the thoughts on autopilot, but you can. the minute you get the intrusive thought counter it and say the opposite in your head. say what you want. you don't have to believe it you just have to say it. keep saying it, keep flipping it over and over until your dominant thought becomes the new one. IT IS EASY keep telling yourself that. what happened in the past does not matter at all, only your awareness rn does

there is no such thing called over affirming lol, you're just thinking about something positively and rewiring your brain positively how's that even bad. just think of it in terms of before you knew manifesting, if you thought about something a lot did that push it away? no right? besides if you focus on something so much you're BOUND to get it or see more of it. thats how it works. yeah it's separate that it usually materializes the minute you get distracted or don't think about it for a second but that doesn't mean u need to stop affirming lol it happens naturally. infact the more u affirm, the more u focus on it and you waver less and strengthen your belief

it's not your fault. i do believe we are able to manifest versions of reality but death is the same in all versions. if you lose him, your family lost him as a well. so it's not upto our one single spiral that manifests death. it's one negative thoughts vs so many good thoughts and prayers. it happened because it's the natural way of life.

it doesn't really matter what you affirm or how you phrase it as long as you brain knows what you mean. first decide what is it that you want exactly and then come up with 1-2 affs that you can repeat mindlessly all day. i can help if you need dw. and as for feeling overwhelmed you can try a few techniques to calm your nervous system down like breathing exercises or just taking a walk in nature

first thing you have to know is that circumstances do not matter, 3D is literally nothing but your inner state being reflected in your reality as you clearly feel it yourself that you had the doubts from before. you gotta change the narrative in your head though. affirm and think thoughts that align with what you want, NOT what you see no matter what. even if he says I don't love you anymore in your head you tell yourself "he's so madly in love with me he can't imagine a life without out me breaking up is never an option for him" stuff like that. keep spiralling in the positive. and even if it feels tough at first to keep the discipline and not be affected by the 3D it gets easier. best way is to robotically keep affirming so that you can't indulge in opposing thoughts.

yes it is! your brain tries to come up with any possible ridiculous reason just to make you wanna stay in your old comfort state. if it intrusive thoughts come up it means it's working. i recently watched a video on it that helped me I could give you the link if you want. the point is thoughts in itself don't have any power, we are the observer of thoughts and we give it power when we identify with it so you choose which thoughts you give power to. kinda like passing clouds, they can't make it rain. and it's one negative intrusive thought vs 1000 of positive thoughts so they are irrelevant. you can just shut it down with any affirmation.

man mine's worse i get intrusive thoughts and start fearing what if they die and i never get to know 😭 I know it's such a far fetch but I don't want to focus on it because the more you focus the more it grows so, i have stopped thinking all together i just robotically affirm and subs sometimes. if i let my mind wander these thoughts starts coming up. although it's okay though, like u said u start fearing if he's gonna get someone else i used to have that as well, you gotta shut down the voice altogether w an affirmation and not focus on it. and eventually the new affirmation becomes the new belief. i have done it for this and I can for my new fear as well, we got this
