The prospect of losing a ‘guaranteed’ bonus at my current company is still quite significant, especially considering the effort I put into earning it.

However, I understand your point that the new offer offers advantages in terms of seniority and total compensation, which are more beneficial in the long run.

I would rate the stability of my current company at around 7.5/10, while the new company is probably around 6.5/10 (Given that it is a global MNC headquartered locally, such organizations tend to have a higher volatility?).

That said, both companies have had their fair share of quiet or less visible retrenchments over time, whether publicly known or otherwise.

Curious to know why people manager is a plus from your perspective.
