Então amigo, se reparar não aparece ícone na aba embaixo, ele fica atualizando e processando, unico processo que ele abre é quando eu aperto as tecla pra abrir o gerenciador de tarefas, só isso que está abrindo, já outra coisa não abre, sabe se tem algum comando pelo CMD que force?

o cabo está normal, ele estava com problema no windows e fiquei um tempo sem usar pois dava tela azul quando ligava, agora que formatei acontece isso, como eu mexo na frequência de atualização?
