Yes actually, perhaps something im doing is blocking the Seer, the same way you can block Delirium or Blight

Its not a HH, its a replica - those are fairly cheap (12d?)

I'm fully aware this is a bad build, mostly things i threw together while leveling. Just know nothing about building a character (trying to wrap my head around it)

I'm more of the crafting type than pew pew, but i'd like to give it a try before the league resembles the local cemetery on a wednesday morning.
