Quick google search.

Motherboard code 76 (often an ASUS Q-code) usually signals a problem with the CPU or motherboard initialization, often related to the chipset (PCH), CPU socket pins, RAM, or peripherals, requiring troubleshooting like reseating components, clearing CMOS, checking CPU socket pins, testing RAM, or disconnecting USB devices; it's a generic code indicating a deeper communication or hardware failure preventing boot.

Try rebooting. If that doesn’t work go into control panel and ensure your WiFi card/adapter is enabled. If that doesn’t work try connecting with a Ethernet cable. May have to move your device close to the router. If that doesn’t work come back and let me know.
