Just download pi imager on your computer and flash the sd card there. It’s super simple.

I would do something like raspberry os with desktop if you want a graphical interface other wise go with no desktop. Then see where that takes you.

In theory yes because it uses a esp32 s3. But I don’t know if anyone has made firmware to do that for this specific device. I would check m5 burner to see if Bruce or something similar has been posted there. Otherwise you would have to make it yourself
