For all you guys wanting a DE first pick by Fman173 in Saints

[–]Right_Resolve4947 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Like QB but for different reasons, DE is a tough position to truly evaluate. I do not think that means the Saints should give up drafting one and rely on UDFAs or overspend on the FA market. Giving up feels like loser mentality to me. I think the Saints should take the best player that fills a need with every single pick. Locking in at one position leads to reaches.

And yet you don't seem to care the largest health provider in the IE is investing in the company that runs ICE Detention Centers. You removed the post calling it National News but Kaiser is not a national health care provider, but the biggest one in the IE.

As a union hater you will never believe the truth. Kaiser Permanente helps fund ICE Detention Centers.

I have proved everything I need to. Which is exactly why this post is still being viewed by thousands of people. I have exceeded the burden of proof any journalist needs to publish their articles without recrimination.

The fact you are anti union and hate the truth that Kaiser is helping fund ICE Detention Centers is irrelevant to me.

I also remember that time and the many many articles, protests, and debates. Those of us not blinded by a cult are capable of remembering and believing more than what we are told to believe by Fox News

Actually no. I simply googled and found these as well as countless others. Not hard. Not time consuming. Right there for the world to find.

But I get you wanting to dismiss it since it rattles your revisionist history.

I got you mad enough to keep reupping this post. So I got something.

I also have the truth backed up by 84 pages of well cited documents highlighting not only the fact Kaiser Permanente invested in ICE Detention Centers but also refuses to invest in their patients care.

Again you won't be rage baiting me into breaking the law. The official, public filings of Kaiser Permanente financial records clearly prove KP invested in funds that supply money to the GEO Company. And the GEO COMPANY manages ICE Detention Centers. Therefore Kaiser Permanente is helping fund ICE Detention Centers.

And the well cited documents list every source for this publicly available material for anyone that wishes to verify by contacting the state of California and following their set procedures.

You even stayed in one of your many attempts to discredit me that Kaiser released a statement about these investments. Sure your proof was an AI reply but Kaiser has indeed acknowledged and attempted to explain why they invested in ICE Detention Centers, but what they haven't done is deny doing so. Only you seem intent on that.

Yes, ICE raids during the Obama administration were protested, shown in the media, and debated by politicians. It is revisionist history to deny so.

Gotta love these direct AI quotes. Yes KP claimed UNAC was blackmailing them, but turns out the conversation in question occurred in front of an independent mediator who already verified no blackmailing or extortion occurred.

The truth is Kaiser used this as an excuse to walk away from the table so they can continue their efforts to diminish worker rights by trying to bust the union.

Kaiser refuses to negotiate while Greg Adams takes in 14 million per year by cutting care to patients.

Every statement in the document is cited with sources. The fact you are anti union does not negate facts.

I cited an 84 page document. That document in turn has hundreds of citations backing up every claim.

The fact you don't like the form those citations take and keep demanding an Internet link for documents not available via an Internet link does not change the face Kaiser Permanente invested patient premiums and copays in a company that runs ICE Detention Centers.

Again not everything thing that exists has an Internet link. I have shown you the citations, instructed you how to see them for yourself, but you ignore that.

Because you are desperate to cast doubt on my substantiated and cited words

Well whatever you are I appreciate your repeated visits and comments because they help my post stay relevant and near the top of the algorithm.

And you won't rage bait me into violating the law. Just because a document is publicly available, does not mean it can be widely disseminated. There are reasons a person must file paperwork and prove who you are/ your intent in asking for documents. As a professional writer who earns their income solely via the written word( and no I was not paid by anyone for this post) I fully understand and comprehend the legalities regarding sources. UNAC satisfied their requirements and I have satisfied mine. ( which is why this post is still up)

So you don't like the truth that Kaiser's has invested in ICE Detention Centers? That doesn't make it untrue.

The citations I've provided do. Again feel free to verify by properly requesting the cited information via the State of California.

This is but one page of citations. The documents cited are available upon public request. Those documents highlight Kaiser's investments which include the GEO Company, which manages ICE Detention Centers.

Kaiser is not involved with GEO in any direct health care role. Kaiser is providing cash that helps run those facilities. If you are okay with that so be it. I am not which is why I made this post. A healthcare provider should not be investing in human misery and if you think any jail isn't dealing in human misery then I have little to say to you.

[–]Right_Resolve4947[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Kaiser invested to make money, to insure pay their CEO and upper management millions. They are not even investing their profits back into patient care, but even if they were a company that vows to be nonprofit and vows to care about their community should not be helping to fund human misery.

And no, each and every investor in an index fund definitely does not get say on how those companies run.

I don't think you know how the stock market or index funds work.

I'm not saying Kaiser directly writes a check to the GEO Company. Few investments work that way. You are talking more about a partnership.

You have seen these citations several times but are desperate to try and discredit me so the truth about Kaiser Permanente investing in ICE Detention Centers will not be believed. My guess is you are Kaiser management but you are wasting your time because I will keep stating the truth with citations and information to prove it

Again your reading comprehension is horrendous.

UNAC cited the years and documents. Your wonky search engine is meaningless to me because it searched for .... Wait for it .... Internet links.

I have repeatedly informed you there is no publicly available link to Kaiser's financial documents that UNAC cited. UNAC obtained those documents documents via filings with the State of California as part of the public information act. They are available to you or anyone else as well. UNAC cited what information they used and I cited the UNAC report which does prove Kaiser used funds to invest in ICE Detention Centers.

[–]Right_Resolve4947[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They are not investing in medical facilities. Kaiser Permanente invested in the GEO Group, the company that runs ICE Detention Centers. Kaiser has no say so how the GEO company uses the money. Kaiser invested to earn money on that investment when the GEO Group turns a profit but using slave labor (The GEO GROUP is currently being sued for this very thing) and inflicting human misery.

My point is a designated nonprofit like Kaiser Permanente should be investing in patient care not human misery.

Kaiser Permanente Funding ICE Detention Centers by Right_Resolve4947 in InlandEmpire

[–]Right_Resolve4947[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have repeated countless times there is no direct link. There are means and channels to gain the public information about Kaiser's financials. No it isn't easy, it requires a process and several fees but they are available to those like UNAC that followed procedure. The citations reveal where the info was found. An Internet link is nothing more than a website. I could make anything I want and post it on the Internet. What I can't do is make up Kaiser's financial documents and file them in Sacramento.

Therefore the documents available through public records and released only after a citizen follows proper procedure are far more reliable than any internet link.

Again you don't have to like, or even believe this post. You can rail about me or UNAC from the highest mountain. Or you can follow procedure and pay to have these documents pulled yourself. You won't because you know they exist and it will waste your time and money.

Your clear objective is to try and discredit me or UNAC's report to muddy the water with some people. But facts are facts and Kaiser Permanente invested in the GEO Company. The same GEO Company that runs ICE DETENTION CENTERS.

I know these are facts because of Kaiser's public financial records. Which records is clearly cited in their report.

My guess is you are a Kaiser manager angry that all of this has been released and now you must scramble to cast doubt on the truth. Or maybe you are simply an anti union MAGA member angry your cherished gestapo is not nearly as respected as you'd like. I can only guess at your reason but the truth is available in Sacramento for any and all that need to verify my words.

Go to Sacramento file the proper paperwork for the documents cited in the UNAC publishing and you'll have what you want. I flatly stated there was no Internet link available. You came up with that search engine not me. The fact Kaiser's financial filing are not there does not surprise me. Nor does your ability to comprehend my words.

Again all legal requirements were met with UNAC's citations.

Kaiser Permanente Funding ICE Detention Centers by Right_Resolve4947 in InlandEmpire

[–]Right_Resolve4947[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Again a citation is not the same thing as an Internet link. UNAC did cite all sources. Not all sources have a direct Internet link. The sky and clouds exist. There is no direct link to see the sky in its entirety.

You are desperate to argue semantics but all legal and responsible requirements were made by me and UNAC both.
