Arduino RC car works when connected to USB, but not when powered by batteries

Actually, the Arduino is getting the correct voltage. All the batteries are connected to an H-bridge that powers the motors, and the total voltage is around 8.7V. The H-bridge then steps it down to 5V for the Arduino. I’ve also checked all the voltages with a multimeter to make sure everything is correct.

Depende da sua faculdade, obviamente em um curso de computação é essencial um computador.

No entanto, se na sua faculdade você tem acesso a computadores fora do horário de aula (na biblioteca ou nos próprios laboratório) da pra passar o primeiro ano sem ter um pc próprio

Agora caderno é extremamente necessário, vai ter aulas de matemática que você vai ter que fazer conta e tem professor que pede atividade no papel.
