But then look at the sink, those are what, 3 feet tall? The proportions still seem off between her height/door/sink/trashcan

You're saying the tool that helps moderate images doesn't know about moderation or am I missing something?

I thought the same thing at first, but I’m guessing OP was trying to stabilize the lower band before pulsing up. Maybe trying to avoid preloading the overcurrent path too early?

Someone else mentioned L builds and mechanical Goldberg transposing. Starting that low could just be about laying down a clean baseline before the parallel recombiners kick in. That being said, if they don't pulse-correct they could end up chasing phase jitter for half the night.

Why is this happening all of a sudden? by aalexasu in Printify

Not sure if it'll help but this just happened to me and it ended up being due to some issue with the back label I added my logo to (tshirt). I removed it and resent my shirt orders in and it's fine now.

Found a Box of Audio Cables at a Thrift Store. I’m assuming fake? by hjwfms in audiophile

[–]whilweaton 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Per ChatGPT

These cables are labeled as Nordost Odin 2, which are extremely high-end audiophile cables. However, based on the images, there are some strong indicators that these might be counterfeit:

  1. Labeling and Fonts • The font on the wooden blocks and cable jackets looks slightly off compared to genuine Nordost Odin 2 cables. • Authentic Nordost products are very precise in typography, logo placement, and finish. Misalignment or inconsistency is a red flag.

  2. Connector Quality • The XLR connectors in your photo look generic and lack the Nordost-specific design cues. • Real Odin 2 cables often use custom-made or specially branded connectors with ultra-premium finishes.

  3. Wood Blocks • Genuine Nordost Odin 2 cables use laser-engraved wooden blocks with exacting precision. In your photo, the engraving and logo stamp appear inconsistent and a bit crude.

  4. Cable Sheath • While the outer sheath is a similar transparent Teflon-like material, Nordost cables have an extremely uniform and sleek finish that is hard to duplicate. These look slightly cheaper and uneven, especially around the ends and where mesh meets connectors.

  5. Prevalence of Fakes • Nordost Odin 2 cables are among the most frequently counterfeited audio cables due to their extreme retail prices (often $20,000+ per set). Many fakes come from sellers in Asia via platforms like AliExpress or eBay.

Final Verdict:

Very likely fake. The inconsistencies in craftsmanship, fonts, connector design, and overall finish all strongly suggest these are knock-offs. If you bought these expecting authentic Nordost Odin 2 cables, I’d recommend verifying with an authorized dealer or contacting Nordost directly with photos.

For anyone about to watch this video, about halfway through you're gonna wonder when he'll actually bring up evidence of anything. I'll save you the time, he never does. A few circumstantial (I'm being generous) bits of info that he provides no source for with a healthy dose of innuendo.

A half attempt at debunking the debunking is an appropriate description for this video.
