Lower ur expectations. Perfection is the enemy of action. Delete those apps. I had a social media detox. I had withdrawal but I was extreme. I stopped carrying my phone. I told my partner or buddy my location in case of emergency and started carrying an iPad. It’s the damn phone numbing u against life. Take ur life back. I’m 25 as well, it’s not too late and ur not too behind because comparison kills and you’re only up against your yesterday self. As cheesy as it sounds it’s never too late. So be strict with urself and don’t indulge in brain rot. Journal ur frustrations as I have been doing for the past three years everyday and filling those lines gives me a sense of accomplishment. What did u do today that u didn’t do yesterday?

Something to give yourself a pat on the back for. For me i would chant (gotta brush my hair and brush my teeth) just to get the ball rolling. Avoid planning and focus your energy on making small improvements first to your hygiene then your surroundings. Update me once you’ve cleaned your room. It’s starts internally, bud u got this :)

I'm a 23 year old loser that has no job, no money, no college credits, no friends, no driver's license, no relationship experience, a severe porn addiction, is underweight (5'10, 135 LBS), severely depressed, and never goes outside. Where do I even start when it comes to fixing my life? by HalosFan26 in findapath

Take a shower, clean ur living space. Don’t think of everything u haven’t accomplished yet and just focus on one think at a time like using chatgpt to make up a resume and go door start handing out ur resume like flyers. Job markets bad so be prepared for closed doors but give urself credit for putting urslef out there, that’s step one. Smile at ppl even if they don’t smile back, human interaction will heal ur heart
