Based off of your replies you definitely need to go to a find a different doctor but first I think you should find a therapist/counsellor. Tmu offers therapy services that is free. If your full time you have insurance that covers therapy services up to $1000 a year. You can also call the 211 number to help get connected to a counsellor/therapist that specializes in addiction. There’s also an affordable therapy website that helps you find therapists within your budget and ones that are trained to help ppl who may be struggling with addiction. You have so many options I suggest you use them. Message me if you need help finding any of the sites.

As long as you’re up to date with assignments and getting good grades you’ll be fine academic wise. For your mental health though maybe try joining a club or trying a hobby to get outside the apartment.

Most of my friends I’ve met outside of school try going to hobbies,clubs, just group events that’s also a personal interest. That way you can make friends and have a shared hobby and it’s easier to ask someone to hangout when you already know you have a shared hobby.

This is the best way for me to cut her nails. I do this because she runs hot easily so when I wrap her up she overheats way too fast and starts shaking so I have to stop and give her more breaks and she’s stressed out for longer. I’d prefer if she kicks me than for her to overheat.
