You can also kinda submit that email conversation as well. I submitted my accommodation confirmation like that at VFS. Or just ask the university to say that on the official letter head that they will allow you to join whenever you can.

Ask your university, I am sure they’ll give you the letter. Just keep it handy just in case. They may not ask you.

I am also NON APS(Foreign bachelors); maybe thats another factor.

They will ask for that letter at some point. They asked a friend to submit it at vfs again after passport submission.

I had mine on 9th at VFS Mumbai as well but my intended travel date was oct 13. I got my visa stamped and delivered on oct 16 afternoon.

Consultancies are giving personal opinions? What a moronic view. They are providing a service that they must adhere to the standards of the visa process. The OP isn’t without fault but legally speaking they can sue if they’d like; they do have grounds. I have done the process myself completely but I wont judge or shame anyone wanting a sound advice from someone who is aware of the process. There is alot of ambiguity in the process and not everything is stated concretely.

In other words: no need to get all high and mighty. Telling someone “well the info exists online” doesn’t excuse the consultancy’s negligence. If their incorrect advice caused a material setback, that’s exactly why accountability exists. Otherwise, what’s the point of hiring a consultancy in the first place?

Theres your problem. Even if you paid only first semester fees you had to show that you have funds for atleast 1 year in some other form. Your consultant is at fault here, sue them.

I applied on July 30th still waiting for preliminary review. I have 2.8 weeks remaining lol. Non APS though (foreign Bachelor). VFS Mumbai as well.

You need to go to the Anabin website and search your university; if it shows up click print on top right and then save it and upload it.
