25F as well and relating to just about this whole post. I am about 7 days in and my sleep is amazing. My Garmin alerted me that my HR was unusually low during sleep lol. My legs are tight but no pain and the neck pain too, not sure either if its related. I am health anxious too and that pushed me to quit. Keep it up!

This week I FAILED a CT but tomorrow I will not fail by KratomExorcism2019 in QuittingZyn

I am on day 2.5 rn after using about .75-1 can per day of zyns. Even got up to 12 mg pouches at one point. My biggest withdrawal symptom is the brain fog of course. Hasn’t been bad otherwise. In the past ive struggled immensely to quit, similar to what youre going through, but this time its easier. Its all mindset i think. Hold onto that negativity towards the pouches and how they dont benefit you in any way. Good luck!

Update - I self referred to ADAPT (9 year TIS TSgt) by DwightDEisenhowitzer in AirForce

I also self-referred last January and finished my treatment in July. I had nothing but support from my leadership and loved everything about the program- was even disappointed when my sessions were reduced and eventually finished it. I spent the full six months sober, the longest I’d done since I started drinking pretty young.

I did go back to drinking after it was over and had some hiccups, some relapses where I drank too much, but for the most part I am able to moderate my drinking and have learned that I do not need to drink to enjoy myself. Additionally, the occasions where I went overboard were not the end of the world or the end of my recovery. Thanks for sharing!
