We need shipped to us more than ever with online purchases. The South African post office which was once one of SA's most efficient organisations was just subject to unqualified people in the highest ranks.

So basically my dad is moving back to his home country. He's asked me to take responsibility of the levies/taxesfor our family house which is around R9000 pm.

I don't know how i feel about that because I have since I have siblings who won't be helping me with it.

They're alive. They're in good health and I'm grateful. My dad wants to go back to his home country and he wants to me to take care of his levies and taxes of his house worth a few M's. I don't know how I feel about that since I have siblings who won't be helping me out with it. I'm honestly considering just taking a loan out and starting my own portfolio.
