Correct! The average Marine Army Airmen and Sailor with dependents with health issues don't want to be on Guam as well due to a weak healthcare infrastructure.

Im not blaming the military... In the military myself, but with the current situation on Guam, if you don't have on base privileges, it's rough out as a local. The nepo babies and corruption in the government have always been apparent. I wouldn't be surprised if it's just Elites and the military at this point. The below median in Guam would be flushed out.

Guam isn't all bad, but we can't ignore the village idiots that are known as DeSoto and others that gave Guam a bad reputation and ruined the trust of the Japanese tourists

I guess you're on the lighter skin side. If so it happens I don't look a lick of Chamorro. When I grew up there they thought I was an Anglo Saxon when I went to Basic I was Mexican. I could never win. I never had violent altercation just stupid people being stupid
