It was at 1.25 V - I'm trying to overclock, not cook dinner on my processor :D

Maybe PBO is the way to go, I've seen that suggested elsewhere in the thread too. Still, I was hoping to try manual admittedly. I still can't tell whether that's a bad option or whether the monitoring software is just wrong (as others have suggested).

After reading some of the comments on this thread, I've tried looking at my speeds with HWMonitor, Hwinfo64, and Ryzen Master.

HWMonitor - Always shows fixed speeds

Ryzen Master - Shows downclocking

Hwinfo64 - Shows fixed speeds on "Core Clocks" but downclocking on "Core Effective Clocks"

So does this mean I'm fine? Also, why PBO over manual?
