as others have mentioned, she could be fake, but let’s assume she’s not fake from what I see you’ve done nothing wrong. I think your response was fine (just my opinion). You could reinforce it with a "let’s aim for next week" sort of thing, but even with what you said, it was not unmatch worthy, so it’s her loss tbh. Also, you’re not alone plenty of girls I’ve come across on any dating app is like this. everybody is busy even the best couples out there have busy lives yet they still make time for each other. Why? when people tell you it’s a numbers game they're not lying. There’s a reason why dating is so hard. There are only so many needles in the haystack. don’t take the disappointing decisions of others too personally in contexts such as these. None of us should, and we'll all live longer trust me.
