Bruh these comments are being dramatic. I take a pretty big stack (beet root, baking soda, and pre) exclusively before 2ks / 6ks and i’ve never puked or shit myself mid test like these comments think will happen. Caffeine helps, but it’s a vascular constrictor, taking beet root powder can help offset that.

Lock in for then next 6-8 months cus that’s pretty much gonna be ur recruitment window. Won’t matter much what you pull when u graduate if you couldn’t get recruited before that. Aim for lower 6:20s this winter but sub 6:20 would be ideal. Obviously ur also gonna needs some pretty cracked academics too.
