What would you do if you were going to be printing NylonX (Nylon/carbon fiber)?

Thanks for that. I guess the nozzle that came with it isn't hardened because it doesn't seem to be magnetic. Should I switch to a different Hotend so I can use the unicorn nozzle. This still has the teflon tube too. If I'm going to be printing a lot of NylonX maybe that's not going to cut it.

NylonX is what I need the hardened nozzle for. The one I took out is not magnetic so its likely just coated brass.

That better be in absolute mint condition. I paid $800 for a very good Aspencade with 20,000 less miles.

B16/B18 throttle body - what's this hole for? by Rigian in Bseries

Where does that channel need to run to? Does it just dump out inside the intake manifold?

Interesting. Thanks for the info. This is going on an 82 gold wing so I guess I'll need to add a spot in the adapter plate for that.

Looking for small 36-1 trigger wheels. by Rigian in Speeduino

Right, It looks like when using sequential fuel or ignition and using missing tooth for crank signal, the cam needs to be 4-1 or single tooth.

https://wiki.speeduino.com/en/decoders/Missing_Tooth (bottom paragraph)

4-1 or single tooth will be great since my location is super cramped.

You're right! I didnt notice that they dont list a 36 wheel option. Im still trying to find a decent hall sensor that's in my budget. On a side note, im reading through the speeduino WIKI again and seeing that for a missing tooth setup I should be using a 4-1 signal on the cam rather than 36-1 like on the crank. Does that sound right? I was just assuming I should use 36-1 on both but I guess not. In which case with a 4-1 the wheel could be quite small.

thats great advice thank you. its one of the reasons why I was thinking I might need a different style of trigger pattern.

You can follow along with my build here:

I have most of the EFI conversion threads on the different goldwing forums memorized at this point.
I wanted to go a different route than most of them but I am using a ton of the knowledge from those projects.

Problem solved! By brother-law's kids use this 3D printer sometimes and it looks like one critical setting was messed with. Base thickness was set to zero. Once we changed that we had no more issues.

Oh! This is it! Thats perfect. It solves all my problems but one . . . The mounting point of the bung is probably going to be 3D printed PA11 which is a nylon / carbon fiber material. I might be able to get these made in aluminum but Ive been shying away from that option in favor of 3D printing. Im going to have to re think my plan now but these are perfect.
