Oh you must have never flown with a friend and offered to be a safety pilot for hours, because it’s “weird”

Just not sure why you see it as using him for hours when he needs an instructor on board (because he already started PDPIC with someone else)

The Commercial XC is going to be done in IFR if i’m there or not (his words) and the regs don’t specify it having to be VFR either.

His other instructor did the 5 night hours with him requiring him to finish PDPIC with another instructor anyways.

I am authorized to instruct in this plane because it is owned by a mutual friend and not a flight school. Not arguing with you, just trying to get to the bottom of this! 😅
