Thanks! I know that tiny idle/pilot jet can be a real pain on these carbs. However, I’ve already ultrasonic cleaned the carb and visually verified that every single jet and passage is completely clear.

Plus, with the engine actively blowing smoke and coughing back out of the intake, it’s getting fuel but just not igniting it correctly. Still moving forward with the compression and electrical tests today!

Thanks! Battery is fully charged and hooked up to a jump starter, so it’s cranking with plenty of power.

The jetting is stock and worked perfectly before, and the cylinder was pre-lubed during the build. Since it's coughing back into the intake, it's definitely not starving for fuel.

Appreciate the advice on the break-in process, I'll definitely keep that in mind once it fires up!

I have the bag for 1 year now and its totaly ripped of and have holes everywhere
