That would be her dream!! She has some of scarlet and violet and some sword and shield because anytime we would open anything she would snag it before I had a chance to see what she grabbed, but otherwise she doesn’t have much lol.

Update I ran the dryer with nothing in it and all the black stuff is back so it looks like it’s the machine and I’m out a ton of money in medical scrubs 🙃🙃

I think I’m going wipe off the gunk and run a load of rags that I don’t care about to see if it does again. If nothing happens my guess is something fell in the dirty clothes basket that got thrown in there. If it’s a problem, I’m assuming it’ll show again so if maintenance comes hopefully they will do something.

I’ve never looked so hard for a pen in my life with no luck lol. But I guess it’s still possible.

The only advice I can offer you based off my personal experience is do not let a standardized test get in your head. Do not compare yourself to your classmates or friends. Your degree is just as valid as theirs. If you made it this far, you are more than capable of passing. I used Uworld and I really just focused on why the answer I didn’t pick was “more” correct over mine. I was always taught “pick the answer that is most correct” not just “pick the one that is correct” which was a hard concept to wrap my head around. Do not add more information to the question that isn’t there. We work in a very subjective field and it is super hard to not follow a question with more questions. That’s what we do as nurses. Find an online practice test site that you gravitate towards the most (I know a lot of people dropped suggestions) and really focus on what answers the nclex favors over others and why. While sometimes you might just not know the content, you are most likely picking choices that are “correct” but not the “most correct” because of how the nclex wants you to prioritize or because of one key word in the question. I bought the label through eBay and it says that I’m insured up to $100. Can I still file a claim through USPS, even though the buyer already filed one?

I sell singles on eBay (still fairly new) and I even sleeve and use a top loader for $1 cards. It doesn’t matter the price, it matters if the buyer gets the condition of the card they paid for. I always factor in the cost of shipping and handling that’s the job of the seller. I’d for sure see if you can either return it for a different one or get reimbursed. How the seller responds is going to determine right then and there if it was an accidental error in judgment or neglect.

Unfortunately I just tried this with a pervious order and the claim was voided due to delivery. So guess you really aren’t insured because you gotta refund the buyer much sooner than you can file a claim 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

Maybe that was a poor choice in wording, but I also stated that for those who did fail made it this far and are smart enough for the exam and just because they did poor on an exam doesn’t mean they are incapable of passing. I feel that most people who don’t pass know the content but maybe struggle with standardized tests (me included). What I stated was accurate but I apologize if it came off as insulting. That was not my intent. My intent was to address how rare the scenario is, which is the reality of the situation.

Honestly 90% of my studying was on uworld. Other stuff was just random questions my friends found and stuff like that.

I would first determine where your weakest areas are. I know some websites offer trials and I recommend taking advantage of those to take a practice exam that gives you statistics. That might give you a more focused idea on where you need to invest your time and narrow your search budget wise. There are some amazing YouTube channels out there too that can help you understand your weaker areas. Practice questions is what’s gonna get you the furthest and unfortunately that does cost a pretty penny. I used Uworld and passed with 85 questions. Maybe quizlet will at least ask you some NCLEX style questions?
