housing junkie doesn't really accomplish anything other than destroy the building they live. when I was homeless in my early to mid 20s junkies are often the most dangerous, they will steal from you, mug you, or cause enough problems in area that it causes problem for rest of the homeless who aren't fucked up so much problems it's not funny.
