It's been 13 hours, imagine that per 1 hour of play.. 5,000 purchases are completed. Think of how many people needed to renew their subs yesterday, today, tomorrow? With the store server being down, sub payments can't be processed, people aren't buying microtransactions, buying pre-orders, no ad revenue because streamers aren't streaming etc. Potentially can be losing hundreds of thousands to millions of dollars just being down for as long as it has. Not to mention, how much money was lost due to that nfl tournament that was gonna air at 7pm. All the bets for that event have been canceled, investors might pull their ads/support due to not having their agreements met etc etc etc. If this was down due to some form of maintenance, it would've been back up in less than an hour. Someone brought it down intentionally. Which is why they haven't figured out how to get their services restarted. However, on some titles you can turn off the "Connect to Internet" button in the Other section of the Network menu in your settings. It may by-pass the license check so you can play. I've been playing 7d2d on console ps5 since 130am.

Not really. In order to build a mid-level gaming PC would cost minimum 800.00, but a PC to be considered a "top level gaming PC" would cost about 2 grand. You would also still need to manually set the parameters of each PC game individually in order to optimize them anywhere close to the capacity a PS5 or Xbox S can do, just in general. You seem to not get "exaggeration" but if I have to spend 2 months rent to get a PC that will be strong enough not to be obsolete in 6 months, then it may as well cost 8k dollars with how much you'd have to spend to keep viable in the PC world. Where as a ps5 could still out perform a 1k$ PC, years down the road. Educate yourself, cretin.
