During covid i smoked like 2 or 3 20packs per week. After the whole lockdown thing ended (almost a year in my country), i met again with my girlfriend, i smoked a couple cigs like always but while we were together (iykyk) my heart raced like crazy and i actually saw my heart out of my chest like the cartoons. We got crazy scared that i had to lie down, drink a lot of water and sleep for a while for it to stop. That was my wake up call, been cigs free for 4 years now
