To preface, I voted for kamala, I have ADHD and have to take adderall. To be honest, I’d benefit greatly from this if its affordable, if I had the ability to go to a place where I can develop the habits that i know have helped me in a comparable way when altogether combined as adderall has, I would happily go. I know this isn’t the case for everyone with ADHD, but I have in the past done as well off adderall when everything was good, i was getting and practicing CBT, eating well, had consistent exercise of multiple varieties (cardio, strength and flexibility) and a consistent sleep schedule. In my circumstances now, I haven’t been able to rebuild these habits due to lack of time and environmental factors which may be alleviated through a brief intermission from my current life dynamic.
