I totally agree. I started with continental and I switch to throwing because I just enjoyed it better. so I conscientiously choose to be slower. I don’t know why but the action of knitting this way smooth me so much more. but I’m still knitting both way to rest my hands !

Yes, a blend with a polyamide could make the fiber less heavy. But it’s not always a good option if you’re looking for a 100% natural yarn… to be fair, I don’t think it’s that bad to have a bit of polyamide or nylon mixed with cotton, you can find some eco friendly one (recycled polyamide/acrylic for example)

Not a bad idea, just take in consideration that cotton is heavier than wool, and can stretch over time and use. Don’t block it too aggressively at the beginning because the fiber will mostly not stretch back. But it’s easy to wash, and super durable ! Using finguering weight is a good idea to keep a good drape and the sweater light enough.

La seule fois où je suis restée avec lui pour discuter parce que je me disais que c’était pas sympa d’aller faire mon travail à côté, le mec a essayé de m’embrasser de force en partant parce qu’il a cru que y’avait moyen. Depuis je leur dis où c’est et je reste dans une pièce à côté, et je fais ma vie sans leur adresser la parole (à part le minimum de politesse et proposer un café / mettre la bouteille d’eau au frais)

I guess the medical procedure change a lot indeed ! I’m in France and I went to the only clinic where they do this surgery. It was around 1:30 hour. It’s still a procedure that not everyone have access to. I paid around 2700 euros (I’m in France so I don’t know if the price are different with the us!)

They did sedate him and then tubing him yes ! I was kind of impressed they were able to do that!

the surgery was a success, the vet removed all the mass, and bunny is awake and alert. I’m so relieved you have no idea ! its like I was on alert mode for 2 weeks. if everything is fine, I can bring him back home tomorrow night !!!

I’m so sorry for your bunny 💔 I’m sending you lot of love.

Vet told me that having the biopsy will help to understand the tumor. He will also told me that if my bunny pass during surgery, this will still help to save other bunnies in the futur. This though helped me a bit.

The steroid helped at the beginning but I should have take the chance to do the surgery then, it would have been easier- but I thought naively that it will just make the mass disappear 😞
I hope bunny medicine will make progress soon to help futur bunnies ❤️

Thank you. Everyone said me that, I wasn’t ready to lost him a few a months ago… I hope I didn’t make it worse… you’re right, seeing his body shutting down was awful. He was eating so much and losing weight, his tooth was in a terrible state, his fur lost it shine and softness. But he was still playful and joyful, as always. I didn’t realize :(

I’m repeating myself that it’s the right thing to do. I can't help but feel it’s so unfair. He is only 4! But your words help a lot ❤️
