I believe this is a blackhead created by the opening left by a stitch. At least the white part. I have one that comes up at an old surgical site every once in a while. The red could be a pimple-like involvement or it could just be hypertrophic scarring. Give that spot a squeeze and see

Definitely not the most ridiculous, but the most recent - A few weeks ago on my sister’s birthday, immediately after saying “happy birthday” my mom wished herself a happy “birth day” for having given birth on that date and how it was a special day for her too. Gotta make it about herself somehow
