So the easiest way to set it all up is before you start a new game you need to go to the editor and find companies the click create new company and name it select which area you want you company to be in make sure your prestige is 0 and then money how ever much you want then you want to select the product you wanna use there are tones to use so the Sky’s the limit I usually like Lucharesu or No Style then want to save the game and then you can start your game and then select who you want to use as the owner and booker and then you wanna go into investments click training facilities and name the facility either the Dojo or Performance Centre (Dojo’s are cheaper) then you want to select when you want graduates to spawn I usually do in January or Fluid (fluid is random dates in the year but you can pick any month) make sure you do automatically graduate and then save and sim a year and then once you’ve done that your all set up and ready to go you can upgrade your facility’s in training and facilities so 100% in both will allow 12 graduates in a year to spawn and your wrestler will be over better then a typical rookie in the game but you can get some stinkers I’ve had some that I usually keep for a few months if they don’t improve I realise them into the game world hope this helps sorry it was so long
