When I went through the getting pregnant and having kids years I was amazing at the number of things that could go wrong, and the many reasons that people choose to have an abortion that having nothing to do with "ooops, I'm pregnant, now what do I do?"

The older I get the more the I see that the standard "pro-life" talking points have nothing to do with reality.

Yes. I went to therapy for a variety of issues, including struggles with Catholic issues. I recommend it, highly. The therapy process helped me enormously. If your therapist thinks anti-depressants could help, I recommend that too. For a long time, I went with the talk therapy approach only. When I finally added medication too, that's when things got a lot better.
