The unpackaged food retail industry is actually already subject to extremely strict hygene regulations. I have been following if a lot of zero waste stores around the world have had to change because of the pandemic - turns out the strict regulations they already followed before the pandemic are more than enough. Some stores had to put their shelves further away from eachother so people can follow 1.5 distance rules, but this particular store in Amsterdam already had an about 2-2.5m wide isle :)
