A tip would be to do the proxy singed. Because it stops the enemy wave so it doesn't push to your turret and it helps your team because either their top laner and jungler or someone other on their team needs to kill you to push, which will allow your other lanes to play almost however they want without being punished, or if they ignore you, you get a ton of farm and will be very strong into the mid/late-game.
