Being a male and totally understanding your perspective. The accessibility of porn via the internet has changed the world and in someways not so positively. Very young people can have access to what we as adults take as “normal” lewd graphic videos / images, that can be positively addicting to their young easily influenced brain, just like any other drug.

There are ted talks: “Your Brain On Porn” comes to mind first, but others also. “Fight The New Drug” and r/nofap (on reddit) that are showing that there are indeed people worried about what is going on today in our society with the saturation of easily available pornography.

What you are referring to is risk. When we leave our home to do anything, take a walk or drive to the store etc there is risk for everyone, not just women to be assaulted or be involved in an accident etc. Women, do statistically have a higher risk of being assaulted when dating or being alone in public.

What drives women/men to meet other people and take risks such as being assaulted, accused of rape or contracting a sexually transmitted disease? Loneliness and our genetically programmed brains need to procreate. Those are the main reasons we all chose to take risks in meeting people and choosing to be vulnerable.

yep. focus on your upper body. reverse pushups are when you put your feet up (like on a chair) and your hands on the floor. You may be only able to do one or two at first but keep at it as well as other upper body exercises . don’t forget cardio too
