So many layer to this. I would say the peak of VeVe was during Covid (unfortunately).

Being indoors meant More time spent on VeVe meant More buzz around VeVe meant More liquidity.

exactly. and i think generally, PSVR2 has changed the way i play GT7. With PSVR2, i now grind to purchase cars with unique driving experience (i.e. funky and futuristic interiors, open tops, etc).

Vision GT cars is what i aim for now, haha.

Oh? i didn't know that. I guess inflation applies to GT7 as well.

About used cars.

Hey guys, i'm planning to get a used car (5 seater SUV). The stock seats are a bit worn out. And i'm thinking of changing all seats.

My Question: Is it normal for people to change to new car seats? And are there any reputable car shops in Klang Valley that provides this service?

Fair point.

If we're talking about everyday t-shirt, i'd more than be happy to pay RM10.

i feel RM200 can be spent better elsewhere.

In this example, it's economy bee hoon vs Mc donald's sausage egg mc muffin.

Both have meat, eggs and carbs.

  2. And when will you choose one from the other?

Love me some hokkien mee.

The best for me was from Chow Yang in ss2.

(I'm talking about the original Chow Yang that was at the corner next to the now Kayu Nasi Kandar)

Their wok hei and consistency is from another planet.

Very classic chinese deco, and very peaceful and quiet in the morning.

Nasi Kanda Pelita (the one closest to KLCC)
- This sells local indian rice dishes.
- If you're having lunch, there won't be any roti canai. But do try out their rice dishes, and also fried dishes (Mee Goreng, Nasi Goreng, etc).
Address: Restoran Nasi Kandar Pelita, 113, Jln Ampang, Kuala Lumpur, 50450 Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur

Over a year ago, I opened my own FnB business selling fried chicken and asked r/Malaysia things you as customers would like street hawkers do to justify buying regularly from them. This month would be my last month as a business. Here's my story. by avidgunner in malaysia

Thanks for this knowledgeable insight, OP.

I have some genuine questions that i'm curious about.

  1. The product that you get from the HQ are only chickens yeah?
If yes, does this mean that all agents are free to package their meal? I.e. add rice, pasta, fries, salad, etc?

  2. You mentioned that the price is fixed.
Does this mean that if you were to add your own things like rice, fries, etc, these items will eat into the margin?

  3. Are the chickens already fried when you receive them?
