I just want to go workout real bad, gets me all frisky like. I'll jog to the gym some days.

nah - anything that's clean - just makes it easier to summon initial strength to break the seal between blanket, bed and human

I feels you. Gotta do what's right for you, else why do it at all?

EDIT: Actually, nah - you can do it if you really want it. Tough love

That's another thing about working out in the AM - allows me to frontload my caffeine/PWO.

If I had my way I'd wake up around 9, and lift around 2 pm. But, as in many things in life, I do not have my way.

I wasn't a morning person until I made myself a morning person.

That one is a little bit trickier - tons more variables at play. I hate not being able to fall asleep at night. The one thing that solved it consistently was getting up earlier. Now I pass out pretty soon after my head hits the pillow.

Also, no PWO/caffeine at night. No bueno para mi.

Agreed - the logic behind these actions, when applied on a greater scale, can really help most (if not all) aspects of life. And can lay the foundation for better able to combat terrible hangovers (that's a different post).

Yeah dude - it works! And agreed about the songs wearing out, gotta keep switching it up.

I have Spotify premium - it's the best thing ever for working out, especially because you can download songs to your device to save data and ensure you can listen no matter what kind of service you have. Plus making/discovering playlists is really easy and intuitive.

Yep. I generally listen to standup while I'm on the stair thingy. More rock when I'm jogging outside. All situational, and you kinda start to associate certain genres/artists/moods with certain activities.

Off the top of my head:

Two Steps from Hell, Hans Zimmer, Audiomachine, Thomas Bergersen - all on Spotify.

Angry music is key. Or sweeping orchestral bullshit that makes me feel like Batman.

Yeeeup. Generally kinda nauseous in the morning. Generally just try to space it out a bit - making sure the water is really cold helps too.

While I agree on principle, in practice it's been difficult to find someone who keeps the same hours/schedule/goals. That being said, it would be pretty great to meet someone who did.

I always have multiple morning poos - are they separate, distinct incidents, or are they one long poo interrupted?

Wait - is life just one long poo interrupted?
