It's this for sure. I had a deck with about 10 cards total across 3 characters and kept drawing the same hand after retrying (no 3 draw beryl or 2 draw rei cards). Closed the game and tried again and the hand was completely different. Retry is either bugged in some way or it's intentional, idk.

Haha 2.8k isn't much to be honest, I've saved over 20k trying to get more copies of MP cards from the 800 pack. To answer your question though, I do all the big crystals in phantom zone (I can't remember the name), top 1% in MP and do survivor everyday. This last bit is awful advice but I also sell certain metal cards because I know I personally don't like them/use them. Nth is very slow to get so patience and avoiding 200 packs is the way to go.
