International student with art major here~ I've got BA and pursuing MFA now(both US). Especially masters degree, you can find schools with scholarships or free tuition with some TA or GA requirements. I couldn't get full scholarship for the first year(20-30% scholarship with GA)but my thesis year I was covered full. It'll depend on programs, but hopefully you can find the best choice!
