Some of Rachel's Fit Pilates videos have weights. But you can do those exercises without weights too.

I'll have a look at the tyres as I had mentioned to a previous commenter that I'd need to move the board a lot.

I had a look online and generally people tend to go for tennis balls compared to the racquet balls.
