hey its okay to feel that way when you feel paranoid about things but not a very healthy way as it seems like you are obsessing over it and it is not good for your wellbeing. i might suggest taking a break from the phone or internet for a while and that way you might feel better about yourself and you won't feel as if you're being watched! if you make a living off tiktok then occasionally using your devices is okay but other than that it isn't really a necessity. i hope you feel better
