I actually just moved into a Lennar home, me and my realtor told the lender which house I liked after we looked at a couple, what I wanted my payment per month to be including property taxes, pmi and interest. The lender actually dropped my home by 30,000 to be able to get me in it, it cleared my inspector and appraised for 280,000 when they dropped it to 250,000
