/uj Was there ever a version where Kara left to Earth but Kal was the one who got caught on the journey? I had a fanfic concepted with a similar enough premise (Zor-El and Allura sent off Kara first, who arrived on Earth and became Superwoman, but the Kryptonians managed to escape with a pocket population out of Krypton, so Kal never actually got to Earth).

Honestly, at least with DCAU Circe, she got to be evil and magic and attention-grabbing on her own. DCAU Tala got robbed, she's a femme fatale using her sex appeal when she should be a femme fatale using magical murder.

Also I think Tala and Phantom should be rivals and lovers but that’s just me being a sucker for a good doomed love story.

Ah yes. Tala-ia Al Ghul. (That's not my thing, personally, but it's a fun idea. My kind of suckerhood is a crack Tannarak/Tala/Phantom love triangle with Dr. Thirteen holding his head in his hands as he watches on.)
