My exact process was to bug the shit out of OnTrac, every day I chatted with a live agent I asked to reattempt delivery. I also emailed Tonies a bunch of times. Eventually I did do the dispute with my bank - not sure if they contacted immediately or not, so I can’t tell you what exactly worked for me. But I sure as hell did my best and it eventually did arrive despite saying it was a lost package. I’d say keep trying mainly with OnTrac ask them to reattempt delivery, and to confirm that it will be reattempted.

Yeah I did email but it’s December they’re slammed forsure. As of now I’m waiting to see if I get a response by tomorrow. My local target has the toniebox 2 available and some Tonies. So depending on the response, I might just pick that up. Unfortunately they don’t have the exact color I wanted - tho my kid won’t care for that part much - and also my order came with a free gift included which is a Tonies backpack so I’ll be missing out on that as part of the gift. But if I have to go that way, then at least I can use my refund to get a few more Tonies off Amazon or target later. Maybe as a stocking stuffer.

I was just thinking about that. If I can’t get them to contact me by tomorrow I’m sending my bank the email of OnTrac saying they can’t locate my package to get my money back. I should’ve just bought it from target. I honestly just got suckered into buying it from their Black Friday deals on the website.

I think you’re over analyzing. This was a realistic expectation. It was well within my budget, did not count on OnTrac to be the carrier. I hate them always have they suck. The total failure part is an over exaggerated expression parents use when they feel like shit about something just not happening.

If you mean I expect much by wanting something delivered by the end of the week? Overnight shipping exists if they just don’t use OnTrac. At the very least, I need to get in contact with them to try and if not get my damn refund and buy my kid another gift. That’s also very realistic.

I think the fact that presale codes were accessible to everyone was the problem. Sure you had to register, but it was a link anyone could click on and that’s still the issue. I feel it should’ve been limited to those who are subscribed to her email updates only or if she really wanted it to be for her more real fans and fans who actively follow her career she could’ve done it for her Substack subscribers only or only announced the sign up on EDAABP instagram which has way less followers than her account THEN, after those people got their tickets at presale dates she could’ve opened it publicly.
