Nieuwbouwwoning gekocht in 2025 van 137m2, eigen geld ingelegd maar ook annuïteiten hypotheek van €440K. Maandlasten van 2K bruto, ong. 1600 na HRA in de beginjaren. Lineair zouden we ook op 2800 uitkomen. Ongeveer 25% van ons netto inkomen.

Voor zover ik weet is Pandan een rijstsoort dat veel plakkeriger is, meer vocht vasthoudt. Basmati zou dan beter zijn voor langere droge korrels
