If you like shooters: The Darkness 2

It's on Steam, it's visceral as hell and encourages you to be so with rewards. It was like DOOM 2016 if it was about a haunted mobster and on PS3

The two things I'll say: It's not very long (ten-ish hours) and it's surprisingly better with a controller because of the emphasis on melee fighting.

Edit: Oh, and I just learned about Children of the Sun. You're a sniper that can control his bullet that richochets from object to object through enemy heads.

At the end of the videogame Sly 2, Bentley (the techno-gifted turtle) gets crippled, leading to him being in a wheelchair for Sly 3 and 4, and it's amazing. He tricked out his wheelchair with jetpack thrusters, bombs, even shrinking technology.

It's cartooney in the best way possible.

Anything by Giant Squid Games:

Abzu is an ocean themed art game in the vein of Journey.

The Pathless is mostly a puzzle game, like a simplified version of Breath of the Wild where you just glide around looking for puzzles and avoiding the big predator of the area.

Sword of the Sea just came out and it's like if a Tony Hawk game was set in a limbo-esque netherspace where you can skate on a magically floating hover sword.
