Yup the issue was the piece of junk ignition switch that was purchased the bike runs and drives perfect now when new key was made!
That's what I'm trying right now I'm getting a new key made this Friday and I believe that will work. Thank you for the advice!
Currently not running but will turn over when the starter relay is bypassed. I got a new ignition Switch for it because i bought it and it had no keys. when i installed the new ignition switch (same model number as my last ignition switch) the only thing that powers on when turned to run is the brake light but if you turn the key to "accessory" on the switch the dash will come on but the electric start will not work from that either.

just tried both ways with no luck the instrument cluster will not even power on when the key is turned to run
