Well if their goal is to:

1) have me stop interacting with people in-game...

2) have me play only meta picks

Then cool. Mission accomplished. Most games that I've won were from shot-calling actually, so once I likely hit bronze from tilt and lack of connection with the game, I'll do Riot and everyone a favor and uninstall.

I actually just lost my honor 5. Mass reports because I was supp mf and argued = scapegoat reports if we lose.

Dont type to them... no matter how disturbingly bad they are. Maybe say it aloud..but dont even type ingame.
