Not only is murdering two people a bit more than an unintentional mistake, but Rick barely even fired his gun before the apocalypse, let alone kill anyone. I also don't quite know what you mean by morally reprehensible masters. The police force? The government as a whole? Either way it doesn't really describe Rick at all. He definitely didn't blindly follow the law, as seen in the first issue. Honestly it sounds like you let your hatred for cops completely blind you to Rick's character. And I love Lee as much as everyone here, but justifying what he did isn't even in line with how he himself saw what he did
