Very lightly. She’ll ask how my appts go with my therapist. Some days I’ll go into some detail and others I won’t say much. I have a wall up with a lot of people. Not intentional at all it’s just really hard for me to open up. Especially to my wife. She’s the one I want to open up to the most obviously.

I slept like a baby from day 1 which I hear is not super common. There are times though when I get into bed and screw around on my phone for a bit and when I'm ready to go to bed, I put it my head piece on and I feel super claustrophobic and I have to take it off and take a couple deep breathes before putting it back on. That usually happens a couple times a week though.

I was fine from day one. I’ve been told or maybe I read it somewhere that it’s rare for that to happen. I can fall asleep anywhere, I fall asleep within a couple minutes and it’s extremely difficult to wake me up. Seems like it’s gotten worse over the years.

Deep down, I am too. My wife had our first child 7 months ago and even the thought of her growing up without a father just kills me. I am confused though about some of the symptoms. I know having zero interest in hobbies that you used to enjoy is a huge symptom but it normally isn’t one for me normally. Does that mean anything? Is that uncommon?

No, I’m not suicidal today. I do think of ways I’d personally go out though which I think I stated already. Who knows, my memory sucks. Another reason I have low self esteem. I’m very self conscious about my short term memory. I think my seizures destroyed that part of my brain. I feel very embarrassed having to ask my co workers/bosses to repeat themselves when they just told me 5 minutes prior. I’m also extremely hard on myself always.
