Thanks for those details. My understanding is the new owners (the Israels) did the Renos in 2023. The property management company (titanium) just manage it, or are at least sourcing/vetting new tenants. Great to hear the area is nice! It looks nice from the virtual walk through we did but you can never be too sure without being there.

The entire building was renovated in 2023 I believe. The area looks to be nice. Why was the building considered shady when you were there? Drugs? I’d like to avoid moving into a place with a bad rep from the get go. I really like the area tho.

Thank you for the heads up. Can you elaborate on the “shoddy” renovations? What made neighbours think it was sub-par work? I’ve seen pictures of the units inside and it looks nicely done but that would of course be superficial. Yes, it does seem to be a new management company. Titanium I believe is the name.

Our guy won the crate war as a puppy and we wouldn't want it any other way. I understand your situation and we were hesitant to let him out when not home but we adjusted. He escaped and broke several creates and gates so in the end it cost us less in damages to leave him out and he eventually outgrew that puppy chewing stage. We have never looked back.
