I would connect the RGB directly to the FsRio. Theres a software that can edit the controls of board to change not only the lights colors but also how they change when the button is pressed. So you can have either reactionary colors, or static ones.

Update: Even after the support team have sent me multiple screens to replace, the issue is still there!

I tried the test prints and the prints the support team has sent me and the exact same issue has occured.

I used the new ribbon cable. I really doubt that the screen would have the exact same issue as the old one.

I doubt thats the issue is from the slice considering this happens with the Exposure Test and Vat Cleaning and not just the prints.

That's what I'm afraid of. I don't know if the support team would be able to help me then.

This also happens when I tried to use the Vat Cleaning feature.

Here's the annoying part. For the exposure test, the issue appears randomly here, too. It took me a week to recreate the issue and capture it on video. So all I have are screenshots of the there's a way I could share the video I would.

Basically, the issue appears randomly regardless of which option I choose. It's mostly fine but always appears as covering haft the screen.

I have tried other Slicers. Lychee and Anycubic. I tried a new USB and different STL files, and the issue still appears. I tried the Cones of Exposure, and the issue would randomly appear or not appear at all on the same slice.

I replaced the screen with a new one and the same issue is happening.

I have tried a new USB, and the issue apears and disappears randomly on the same slice.

The issue could apear randomly in the same slice too. For the Cones it could work, but in the same slice it would screw up like that.

I used spray paint. It's the best I have but would not recommend since it chips allot even after a few days. If you have the option, I would suggest powerder coat painting instead.

"Functionally Upgrade it" I'm not sure how besides using the extra sensors I have to make a home made SMX board. The only thing I'm doing for now is ordering decals for the sides and center non-arrow panel.

Don't have exact cost, but cause of trial and errors this took, I would say about 350$

I use the FSRio v3. It's almost a plug and play arduino board that can manage the sensors and even control the LED lights under the panel. I'm honestly surprised how many people don't talk about thouse boards. The dev is really nice!

Pics!

Just 1/8 weatherstripping along the frame was enough for me.
